Todd Lyons "Absolutely brilliant. Decided to have caravan fitted out for off grid convenience -inverter, solar lithium DCDC etc. Contacted Brad. What a knowledgeable, honest, energetic professional guy. Listened patiently to my ignorant questions and vague needs and provided options and solutions. On several occasions, Brad persuaded me on fit out options that would save me money but stillmeet my needs. That was super impressive. Some changes and tweaks and job done -a robust Red Arc fitment. We are thrilled with the whole experience. Unlike many businesses, they answered the phone, replied to messages and emails, kept us informed did what they said they would do -and the workshop was very well organised. Huge thanks to Brad, Alex and workshop teamalong with Tracy in office."

Jon Bowly "Elite helped me with a dash cam installation front & rear for my son. They were helpful over the phone and scheduling, consulted on camera placement during the install ,install was quality and on collection showed me how to use and available to answer questions. So nice to have the personal service and not simply be a transaction."

Paul "I I have just had electric brakes installed in my car,I rang up for a quote and booked in for the job. They sent a courtesy email to remind me for the job the next day. I Arrived and was given a time frame for the job to be done it was done well within that timeframe which was pleasing, I must say this has been one of the most simple easy installs without any hassles. They even set up my extra warranty. It was just straight in job done straight out no hassles they sent me how to Calibrate instructions which were very simple the job was done very well very neat and tidy. Looks like it’s part of the car very happy with the job. It was just so simple. I would recommend elite car sound any time, thank you very much guys very happy!"

Peter C "Thanks to Elite Car Sound and Audio for the amazing job they have done for me. The workmanship was top notch , the communication was first class and their customer service was some of the best of any company i have done business with anywhere. The Advance Ice system they installed into my next gen Everest is next level and the extra wiring for my towing needs neat and professional. I would recommend them them to anyone."

Paul "I had my new 4WD set up with dashcams, lithium battery and towing wiring for our new van. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Office staff provided fantastic customer service, Alex gave me great advice ahead of the work and the team in the workshop got the job done professionally, cleanly and on time. No hesitation in recommending Elite if you’re looking for any auto electrical work."

Elle Radford "Absolutely 10/10 experience with Elite Car Sound & Auto Electrical!I was in a real pickle and had spoken to several auto electricians who just kept fobbing me off. The team at Elite were completely different, they were understanding, knew exactly what to do, and were honest and helpful from the get go. They managed to fitme in and had everything sorted within the hour. It’s rare to come across a business that’s this professional, efficient, and genuinely cares about helping their customers. I can’t recommend them highly enough, if you need auto electrical work done right, reach out to the team at Elite."

Sharon Lewis "Absolutely brilliant 10 stars to Brad and his team. Exceptional customer service and good value for money too. Could not be happier."

Craig Newell "Been getting Brad and the team to complete all my Auto Electrical work for more than 10 years. Wouldn'tgo anywhere else even though he is 35 mins away!Currently doing up a campervan and Brad is way ahead of the curve thinking about my needs."

Ian Hosking "Dropped in without an appointment just to discuss dash cam options. As it turned out they had someone else cancel an installation today do they were able to supply & install while I waited. Tracy handles receptikn, sales, bookings, customer service -all with a friendly smile. Very happy with the prompt, professional service. One of the installers took the time to run me through some of the basic functions & help me link my 'phone to the dash cam via WiFi. Based on my experience today, I highly recommend them."
